Please note that the answers provided in this application form are legally binding. The information will be used internally by Vodacom for governance and other business purposes, and may further be used as evidence in any audit, investigation or administrative or judicial proceeding in respect of the matters concerned.
Vodacom reserves the right without further recourse to verify at Vodacom's cost any fact provided in answer to any of the questions.
By entering this competition, applicants confirm that the Vodacom Foundation, members of the Vodacom Group and our appointed agents, have the right to use each successful applicant's entry, updates and reports (including written, audio and visual forms) and any photos, videos or personal details and other publicity materials at its absolute discretion for promotional and reporting purposes without any remuneration to the applicant. By submitting an entry, each applicant unconditionally and irrevocably assigns all rights; title and interest in all copyright and all other intellectual property in any material provided to the Foundation and waives all moral rights in any material provided to the Foundation. The applicant shall not knowingly or negligently engage in transactions that violate South African laws relating to corruption, money laundering and terrorism and to this end the applicant shall comply with all applicable South African laws.
