We all take risks every day – whether it’s getting in the car in the morning or walking down a flight of stairs. Without taking risks we wouldn’t be able to innovate or grow. The challenge for Vodacom is to make sure that we have identified the risks we’re taking, mitigated potential mishaps, and above all to make sure that we never cross the line between having a healthy appreciation of risk and becoming reckless.
