Business principles

The Vodacom business principles guide our decisions and actions at every level of our organisation. They explain what is expected of us in following the Vodacom Way. Our code of conduct explains our business principles and provides practical guidance on how they should be applied. During the year we revised our code of conduct to align to our parent, Vodafone. We are in the process of getting our employees up to speed on the new code.

Thomas Beale, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer
